The Richard James Staff will be in the Grand Lobby Bar from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. If you get in early we will be there just to say “hi” and catch up with everyone.

Thursday, August 13, 2015

Breakfast starts at 7:30 am
Event starts at 8:30 am (make note of the ballroom location when you arrive)
Lunch will be provided
Dinner/Entertainment 6:00 pm – 9:30 pm

Friday, August 14, 2015

Breakfast starts at 7:30 am
Event starts at 8:30 am
Lunch will be provided
Immediately following the day there will be a Cocktail Hour from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Breakfast starts at 7:30 am
Event starts at 8:30 am and runs till Noon

The Room Block Is Full. There are no more rooms available at our discounted rate. You are responsible for booking your own room and you can make that room reservation by calling the hotel directly or going to the website above.

Meals: You will be receiving Breakfast on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and lunch on Thursday and Friday. There will be a cocktail party on Thursday where drinks and appetizers will be provided. In addition we will be providing dinner and entertainment on Friday night. If you have any food allergies are vegetarian for you or any members of your staff, please let Sabrina know right away by emailing [email protected] so she can make the necessary arrangements.

Power and Internet: Power and Internet will be available in the main ballroom.

Transportation: You should be flying into San Diego International Airport. There is cab service available from the airport to the hotel (its about a 10 minute drive) or you can reserve car service by going to www.execucar.com.
