On a scale from 1–10 (1 being least likely and 10 being definitely), how would you answer this question: If you were to walk up to a successful attorney in your town that you don’t know and ask them to tell you what they did to become successful, how likely is it that they would tell you? I’ve never heard an attorney tell me anything higher than a three. Well, I created Partners Club to be a place that when you ask a member that question, the answer is a TEN!
The Partners Club is a private mastermind group of Entrepreneurial Attorneys that we personally consult on marketing, sales, and business management. By joining the Partners Club program, you will have access to your peers with regular updates of what is happening in the industry, legal trends, marketing in general, consulting for law firms, and more!
As business owner, the above statement should really ring true. Very few people can understand or appreciate the entrepreneurial experience…
You constantly face the incredibly LONG hours, crushing workload, millions of tiny “to-dos” you never have enough time for, constant irritations and problems to deal with, taxes, the crazy-busy schedule and impossible deadlines on EVERYTHING.
Then you have employee problems, cash-flow problems, client problems, competitor problems, and vendor problems. Despite your absolute best effort, few things go right and you end up bleeding money, often in the red and scrambling to figure out how you’re going to make payroll…yet, going back to be an associate at another firm is NOT an option you will entertain.
That’s why it’s SO important to your success to get expert consulting for law firms and have a peer group supporting you.
After all, you can’t go cry to your employees about how stressed out you are – heck, they might even be part of the problem. And your spouse, friends and family often can’t give you any real advice because they simply don’t understand your business or what you are going through.
And when it all goes to hell in a hand basket, who’s going to be there for YOU to talk you off the ledge and offer a hand to help you? Maybe you’re fortunate enough to have someone you trust and respect who will; but for many, we (meaning us and the Partners Club members) are that lifeline everybody needs from time to time.
We’ve devoted the best part of the last 10 years working with, consulting, testing and researching ways to help small Entrepreneurial Attorneys achieve true financial success in their practice. This is how we came up with our lead conversion system now called the PCLC™.
In consulting for law firms, we’ve had the opportunity to intimately work with hundreds of highly-successful Entrepreneurial Attorneys from every city, every niche and every walk of life. We STUDY their habits, strategies, business plans, staff structure, marketplace and clients. Conversely, we’ve also worked with far more that are broke, struggling, and barely scraping by.
When it comes to distinguishing the differences between Entrepreneurial Attorneys who are succeeding and those who are not, we ARE the country’s leading expert. That’s not a bragging point, but simply a matter of fact. I don’t know of anyone else who has put as much time, effort and research into studying the success habits of highly effective Entrepreneurial Attorneys. Are you ready to get Your Practice Mastered™? Then start by reaching out to us today.
Helping you (or any other of our other Entrepreneurial Attorneys) achieve significant bottom-line, measurable results in business takes MORE than giving you a great marketing campaign – it actually requires 3 critical elements all working in synergy.
By the way, these three elements have been carefully researched and documented and are essential for any individual trying to break free from bad habits or trying to achieve success in an area they have been consistently struggling with.
If you want validation of this, then I suggest you read “Change or Die,” written by Alan Deutschman; this is one of the most well-documented books on this very topic.
George, a criminal defense attorney, and his wife Danielle are running their own law practice in Douglas Georgia. They were facing several organizational issues and are concerned about their firm’s growth. Working with Richard James, gave them training on how to delegate tasks and work as business partners. As Danielle shared: “I no longer feel like I’m alone in the business because I have this whole team…”

I was in a larger firm than I have now, we were not profitable, I was losing my mind and really looking for a way to grow sensibly and to keep my sanity. We’re not quite there yet, but we’re not insane anymore. I don’t work all weekend, we’re turning a profit, we’ve shrank and then grown again in a way that makes sense for my practice, and I sleep at night.
Attorney, Sharon, MA
My first impression was ‘Why did it take me so long to do this?’. And I was really excited about all of the stuff that we’ve learned. There were things that we could employ right away, things that we could work toward. Setting goals has always been important to me, but this has given us the systems to put in place so that we could accomplish those goals that we’ve set.
Attorney, Columbus, GA
I actually didn’t know I needed it. But I’ve been able to shorten the client lifecycle. Increase my profits. I finally try to pay attention to expenses. I just never did. There was enough money coming in so I’d throw money at everything, and now I realize that’s taking away from my profits. Basically I’m learning about how to look at the numbers.

On Richard, it was someone who is on fire about making stuff happen and that wants to see things happen, want to help the people around him make things happen. I was worried about whether I was going to be able to make my monthly nut. Worried about how I was going to process these cases, and I was taking a lot of cases that I did not want, but because I needed the revenue from those cases to keep myself afloat and to pay my bills for that month.
I have two to three months of expenses in savings. I have new staff that I’m bringing in and that are ready and trained, and that are able to take what we have from Richard James and other stuff that we developed on our own and swipe and deploy and put in place. Also, I’m able to turn away the cases that I want, not only because they were outside of my practice area, but even cases that are within my practice area, but I can tell it’s going to be a difficult client. I have the freedom to turn them away.
Attorney, Monroe
The first time I met Richard, first time I came out one of these events, what really struck me was his force of personality. Richard very clearly knows his material forwards and backwards, and he’s enthusiastic about what he’s doing. He genuinely does want to help people grow their practices, and I found that he knows exactly what he’s talking about. Everything he said is correct. Before I started the Partner’s Club it was very heavily week to week, I think is probably the best way of putting it.
We had very scattered advertising efforts. There were things that I specifically did not want to do because I thought they were silly or that they didn’t work, and after joining Partner’s Club, and a little bit more of the concept of you need to script things out, you need to be willing to try these things, you need to put tracking numbers on it so you know where your money is going. It’s really helped us go from week to week to, certainly, we’re still a little bit month to month, but that’s because there was a big investment on setting the systems up, but there’s a lot to be optimistic about right now and I’m very happy with the way things have gone.

That’s right. We’re not going to ask you for one red cent. Instead, the purpose of this website is to “screen” potential Partners Club members for the “right fit”.
We’re NOT accepting just anyone. We ONLY want serious Entrepreneurial Attorneys that are committed to generating more money, more success, and setting up their business in such a way that it GIVES them their life back!
1. YOU MUST… be intensely serious about your desire to increase the amount of money you are earning from your business over the next 12 – 18 months.
2. YOU MUST… be willing to invest time into working ON your business instead of constantly running like a gerbil on a wheel IN your business.
3. YOU MUST… be beyond the “quick fix” mentality and be willing to spend time and effort in building a solid marketing system in your business and actually execute on the strategies you’ll learn. We will not do it all for you.
4. YOU MUST… be willing to take responsibility for your mistakes, learn from them, and move on. We don’t want anyone with a “victim” mentality that constantly blames the economy, the competition, lack of time, or anything else for their lack of success.
5. YOU MUST… be willing to ACTIVELY participate in the calls and group sessions. We do NOT want passive members.
6. YOU MUST… deliver good, honest products and services. If we discover members acting in unethical ways towards their clients and are not willing to make it right, we will ask them to leave the program. We don’t want that type of person in this group, period.
7. YOU MUST… be a pleasant, positive person. We only want to work with people who are fun to work with and stimulating to the group.
If you meet the above criteria, then we suggest you take the first step towards success by completing the form below.

I began with just getting the basic lead sources and tracking my numbers. Once I started that, I started understanding I had some control of my life. That I could control where I could get marketing, where I could get leads, and how I could bring new people in. Then it all became easier for me.
